Love at First Sight

It began with an idea. A group of friends, looking to launch a gym in Detroit that they could call home. A place that was welcoming to all, with the best programming and coaches, enabling people of all levels to reach their fitness goals.

They searched for a building for six months, but none of them felt right.

And then the pandemic hit, and it felt like this just wasn’t going to happen.

But in the middle of the crisis, they walked into this building and knew it was meant to be.
