New to CrossFit?

Step 1: Onboarding
If you are new to CrossFit then onboarding is the first step in starting at the gym. This process includes a one-on-one 90 minute intro session paired up with a Core City Fitness (CCF) coach. It is intended to get you up to speed on the vision, culture, and methods of CrossFit and CCF. During this session, you will learn how to warm up, how do do some of the movements that you’ll see in workouts, and we’ll go over all the basics of what makes CCF special. We will help you work with any injuries or modifications. You’ll feel more equipped and comfortable to step into our group classes after completing this intro session.

Step 2: Mindset
You now have 30 days to attend as many classes you desire. CCF offers multiple class times and a variety of coaching personalities to become acquainted with the community and immerse yourself into the CrossFit culture.

Step 3: You're Ready!
Once your month of onboarding is complete you are now ready to attend group CrossFit classes with confidence. We do not have levels for classes as this training program is universally scaleable.
All CCF coaches are certified and ready to help you navigate classes each day. Don't be afraid to ask questions - they are here for you!
