  • Athletic background: She has been in competitive sports since a child and was a regional athlete in softball and tennis in high school. She continues to enjoy multiple sports along with Crossfit including yoga, running, spin, and functional bodybuilding.

Lisa Seymour

  • Athletic background: Prior to CrossFit she was a collegiate athlete at Wayne State University in Detroit. After college she transitioned to distance running completing several marathons and half marathons.
