Caitlin Fitzpatrick

Coach’s Thoughts: Consistency. Dedication. Growth. These are just a few words that describe Caitlin.
She’s made a commitment to herself and her goals, showing up for class day or night—no excuses, just determination. Not only is she coachable and responsive to feedback, but she also embraces new challenges with an open mind and a strong spirit.
Her hard work and mindset inspire our community every day! We look forward to seeing her crush her first half marathon!

  1. How long have you been doing CrossFit?

    Growing up an athlete I was always used to structured workouts and knew those fit me best. I had a friend who did crossfit and suggested finding a gym near me to give it a try. I became interested in CrossFit in 2022, started very inconsistently in 2023 and really became consistent with it in June of 2024. 

  2. Favorite Movement?

    Deadlifts

  3. What advice would you give to someone who is hesitant to start CrossFit?

    Be scared but do it anyways. Initially, I was intimidated by not knowing how to do every move, but there’s so many modifications you’ll be sure to find one that fits your physical ability. 

  4. Favorite thing about CCF?

    The people- from classmates to coaches, you’ll make so many new friends who are there to motivate you in and out of the gym. Knowing you get to workout with friends is half the battle of showing up. I've never gone to a class and had regrets about going. 

  5. What do you do when you’re not at CCF (job, hobbies, other fitness, etc)?

    I’m currently working nights on a travel contract, so when I’m not working I love to be outdoors: traveling, hiking, kayaking, camping. I love trying new local restaurants & coffee shops. 

  6. What is your next big fitness goal?

    I'd love to work on my double unders & toes to bar! oh & I also just signed up to run my first half marathon!
