Denis Lincoln

Coach’s Thoughts: Denis is one of the most humble people we know. In true Denis fashion, when we told him he was our Athlete of the Month his response was “surely there is someone more deserving”. We promise, there is no one more deserving! He is one of our most consistent members and almost always stays after to work on different skills or to take on the “After Party”. It’s always fun to have Denis in class (especially if you need a push on a run or row because he will beat you, promise). Congratulations Denis! So excited to have you as part of our community! 

Denis is also a man of few words and didn’t want to answer any of our interview questions so if you want to learn more about him you’re just going to have to ask him yourself : )
